Your Equipment and Oilheat Specialist, John Tuccinardi, came to our home, looked over the unit and concluded that we should have it serviced and have an efficiency test to see how it was performing. John told us to contact him in the event the burner ever needed replacing.

Eight months later, it finally gave out, just past midnight…water was spraying everywhere. We called our oilheat service provider about 2:00 a.m. and they did not get back to us until 3:00 p.m. I then called John who was back to me at 8:00 a.m. and arrived at 9:15 am. By 11:30 a.m., John called back, gave us a quote to install a new burner and hot water heater and that the installation would take place the next day, indicating that since we had small children, an immediate installation was a priority.
